El escudo de Perseo o de la escritura en pandemia es un libro con contenido para niños y jóvenes lleno de vivencias y magia. Dos títulos componen el  texto: Creación en común-unión relata, a modo de cuento corto, cómo se llegó a concebir la historia, teniendo en cuenta la incertidumbre de los  autores frente a la escritura de un cuento en tiempos de pandemia. 

El segundo título narra la inquietud que genera la reducción del mundo infantil al interior de su casa, afrontando el encierro obligado por la pandemia  Covid-19. Mamá es una astronauta es la metáfora divertida de cómo una niña de 13 años ve a su madre docente trabajar virtualmente. Es una historia  que se desarrolla en un pueblo ficticio, agradable y campestre. Narra las aventuras de la cotidianidad de este personaje infantil, mostrando que es un ser  humano inteligente, capaz de superar las limitaciones que impone el aislamiento preventivo.

Abstract

The shield of Perseus or writing in a pandemic time is a book, which content is full of experiences and magic for children and young people. This book is divided in two sections: first, Creation in commonunion tells, as a short story, how the authors conceived the tale, considering aspects like the uncertainty of writing a story in times of pandemic.

The second part narrates the concern generated by the reduction of the children’s world inside their home, facing the confinement forced by the Covid-19 pandemic. Mom is an astronaut is the funny metaphor of how a 13-year-old-girl observes her mother work as a teacher at a virtual educational  platform. This is a story that takes place in a fictional, pleasant and small town. It narrates the daily adventures of this childish character, showing that she is an intelligent human being and is able to overcome the limitations imposed by preventive isolation demanded by the Covid-19 pandemic.
